Localizer

The Virtual Audio Imager makes it possible to hear startlingly, clear stereo sounds without disturbing others nearby. While an individual is standing or sitting under the dome the sound playing can be heard clearly. Individuals and employee's standing away from the intended listening area only hear a small fraction of the sound playing. Once an individual steps out of the listening region, the sound level drops by over 80%.

The problem with regular speakers is there is no way to isolate left and right channels. Placing many speakers next to each other result in one computer (listener) competing to hear his/her sounds with the sounds from the other. VAI allows many audio sources to co-exist in a small area without creating an unpleasant atmosphere. VAI units can be set up at intervals of three feet, allowing individuals the ability to hear sounds perfectly without disturbing the person listening to another audio track just an arms length away.

VAI was designed to provide solutions for environments where localized stereo sound is desired. Music stores, kiosks, and point of purchase displays are just a few of the type of clients who are enjoying the isolation ability of VAI to preview music, videos and interactive titles.
